Homemade Whipped Cream (whipping siphon)
This homemade whipped cream is made with four simple ingredients and takes less than five minutes to make. There are no bowls or beaters to wash because it’s made in a whipping siphon.
I love this whipped cream for all of these reasons. Yet what keeps us coming back for more is its fluffy, light texture and its pure deliciousness. You can determine how sweet it is or add in flavors you love, like our key lime whipped cream.

Since this takes less than five minutes to make with no additional dishes, this homemade whipped cream is a breeze to whip up in the early morning. Make the start to an average morning special by hand delivering homemade whipped cream with strawberries to an extraordinary human in your life. Whip some cream, add some strawberries, and make a memory.

De Froid Tip: Piping Tips
The tip on your whipping siphon determines the look of your whipped cream. My whipping siphon has two tips, and both have serrated ends. This gives the topping more texture in appearance.
Imagine a large, smooth, beautiful swirl of frosting on a cupcake. If you want to deliver that soft look, place the whipped cream in a piping bag and use a large round tip, and you will be piping like a pro.

Welcome to Foodie de Froid!
If you love real food, take pleasure in eating, and strive for mouth-watering flavor, you have come to the right place. Here the star of the show IS the food, presenting it in a way that makes it shine.
Tasting Experiences
We feature many appetizers and individual-sized recipes as a purposeful way to experience and share food.
Our mouth reacts to flavors in a transitional way. That first taste creates an exciting experience with the food’s intense flavors, textures, and visual appeal. Yet after the first few bites, our mouths and minds adjust, and that experience deadens.
Thus, the tasting experience! We served 14 consecutive courses at my last tasting party. Each was purposely selected to bring new flavors, textures, and presentations, creating surprises and wow moments throughout the night.
The Recipes
The recipes are documented with ingredients we love. Yet my greatest hope is to have you understand why the recipes work and eventually make them into your personal version using your favorite ingredients and presentations.
